The home is designed in a modern contemporary style with open floor plans and accessible home interior design, the homes are fitted with modern safety features, including Tunstall Assistive Technology, which aid independence and offers peace of mind for you and your loved ones. Help buttons are installed in each bedroom, bathroom and living spaces and there is a provision for additional bespoke assistive technology as required. Home automation features like Smart Home ducted air-conditioning systems with individual room control are also included to keep you cool during the hot Queensland summers.
