This page provides updates on the delivery of our services during emergency events. Endeavour Foundation has emergency procedures to keep our people safe during extreme weather conditions, COVID-19 and other unexpected events.
We are committed to responding quickly during emergencies. We follow the guidance and advice of the Australian and State Governments to keep the people safe and well informed.
The health and wellbeing of our people is of the highest priority at Endeavour Foundation, and we will always act in a manner that ensures their safety.

Queensland
Cyclone Alfred – Update on our services
This page will be retired over the next couple of days as we return to normal operating hours.
Cannon Hill Support Centre and Bokarina Support Centre are now open and fully operational.
For more information about particular site closures, you can call the Site Manager or our National Contact Centre on 1800 112 112 between 9am – 5pm.
National Call Centre
The National Call Centre have returned to normal operating hours of from 9am - 5pm. You can contact them on 1800 112 112.
Home services
Our home services have returned to normal in the aftermath of ex-Cyclone Alfred. If you need to contact home sites, we have reverted to normal process. You can contact the home directly as normal or call the National Contact Centre from 9am - 5pm on 1800 112 112 if you are unable to reach anyone.
Community services
We are excited to say that Learning and Lifestyle (L&L) hubs are operating as normal from Wednesday, with the exception of Hervey Bay L&L hub which is closed until further notice. People who attend Hervey Bay have been offered a place at Maryborough L&L hub for the time being. You can see site closures here.

Work
There are some social enterprises that will remain closed to supported employees for just a bit longer. Please reach out to the relevant Site Manager if you have any questions or concerns regarding the closure of Work sites.
You can also call the National Contact Centre from 9am - 5pm on 1800 112 112 if you are unable to reach the Site Manager. You can see site closures here.

Community Solutions
Community Solutions offices have now reopened and are operating as normal.
