Winner of $1.3m prize home found
After an extensive search Endeavour Foundation Lotteries have found the winner of their $1.3m Buderim prize home on the Sunshine Coast.
LC from Bellingen in NSW had proven impossible to contact after a week of attempts so the lotteries team reached out through the media in the hope LC would contact them.
Head of Lotteries Kirsty Moore said while she had yet to go through the full verification process, she was confident LC had been found.
“I’ve received an email from LC and there was some key info in there that only the winner would know,” Ms Moore said.
“It turns out LC is overseas and as part of our Star Supporter program was automatically entered into the draw.
“Someone they know told them that they may have won the prize after seeing an article online.
“I can’t reveal any more at this time as we respect the right to anonymity of our winners but I’d like to congratulate LC – it’s quite the prize to come home to.
“Our prize home lotteries include everything from the appliances to the bedsheets and come with $10,000 in cashable gold bullion to cover rates and expenses so LC has time to think about what to do with this amazing home and can probably start planning their next holiday!”
Endeavour Lottery 424, Coolum Beach, is now open. Go to endeavourlotteries.com.au or call 1800 63 40 40 for tickets. You can also sign up as a Star Supporter for automatic entry into all lottery draws.
