What is PACE?
PACE is a new computer system introduced by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to eventually replace the current system. The goal of this new system is to deliver the best possible experience for participants, their families and carers, and providers.
The NDIA encourages all NDIS Support Coordinators to attend information sessions to learn about PACE, to ensure they are ready to use it when the formal transition starts later in 2024. These sessions will provide an overview of PACE, examine key change areas for providers, and review the functionality in the new provider portal. The sessions are particularly targeted towards Support Coordinators.
Visit PACE information sessions for Support Coordinators for the latest sessions and up to the minute information.
